Endomondo Running Workout

Today we ran at the Santa Rosa Plateau. Here was the girls workout, in case you missed it. :-) 

Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 5.52 miles in 51m:57s using Endomondo.

Summer Training

It's almost that time again!
Summer training is here during the month of July! We will begin on Thursday, July 5th at 8am at the Murrieta Valley High School Track.


**Parent meeting will be on July 6th at 6:00 PM under the wave at MVHS. 

**Running camp at Green Valley Lake from July 30th to august 3rd. (more info will be provided at the parent meeting)

Please make sure to dress in weather appropriate clothing, running socks/shoes/shorts etc. Bring water and any healthy snacks for after you are finished with practice. (Think recovery snacks)

Drink plenty of water each day (8-10 cups) and eat healthy! If the first ingredient is sugar, or something you can't pronounce, you may want to think of something FRESH to eat instead(fruits, veggies etc). Stay away from soda!!
